Thefirst Tipo 33 was not a competition success, but by 1967 Autodelta had evolved it to 33/2 specification, and this racing chassis was to form the basis for the road going version, the Stradale. More recent exotica like the Ferrari F50 or Mercedes AMG One make slightly specious claims about their F1 links.
Backto the engine that has been discussed earlier in the thread. The installation of a Montreal engine seems to be an unnecessary expense compared to the Maserati V8.
