I have recently put on brand new Toyo Proxis 4 tires (34PSI), installed a K&N air filter and tomorrow I am having the spark plugs

This started about a month ago (looks like Compressor not kicking in). But the car drives ok even at freeway speeds. It idles fine, no starting problems, and it’s not stalling, but bogs down if the eAaxL.
